Blaine is General Manager of Moore Control Systems. He reports directly to the CEO and manages all departments within the organization. Blaine has over 23 years of domestic and international experience in the energy sector.

Denny Mansell
Denny is the I&E Designer/Manager and one of the Principals at MCSI for more than 30 years. He specializes in instrumentation and electrical design for power, controls, and instruments in various areas of the petrochemical industry. His tenure and longevity covers everything from pre-design to start up. He oversees design, drafting, and implementation of various quality control procedures, and material specification sheets.
Denny's commitment to excellence and his skills as a visionary, bring forth a compassion to promote and encourage his team. His extensive knowledge and longevity with our company makes him one of our most invaluable employees.

Kevin Ray
A veteran of over 30 years at Moore Control Systems, Kevin is a Senior Project Manager, Director of Burner Management Technology, and a Principal of the company.
His responsibilities include total project coordination, execution and quality control. Kevin's roots run deep not only in our company, but also in our community. He is anchored to excellence which is displayed through his longevity with MCSI. He is a third generation Katy native and we are blessed to have him.

As a Senior Project Manager and Principal at Moore Control Systems, Kevin is in charge of the composite systems team, overseeing all aspects from proposal development to design, staffing and total project coordination.

As the Vice President of Manufacturing at MCSI, Rusty oversees both the Katy and Baytown shop facilities. He works to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget.
Rusty's enthusiasm is infectious as he leads his team to work at the highest of quality standards. He is fully committed to overall customer satisfaction and has over 30 years of fabrication experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Jessica Carollo is the Corporate Sales Manager at Moore Control Systems. Jessica oversees sales strategy and works with the sales team to provide an unmatched experience with MCSI.
