Jae K. Moore

As the founder of Moore Control Systems, Inc. Jae has held the position of President and CEO since the company's inception in 1981. He works with every team throughout the company, helping each department with general management, sales, marketing, estimating, and the general day-to-day operations.

Jae isn’t just the boss: he is the leader of the company and holds electrical contractor licenses in six states.

Blaine Joseph

Blaine is General Manager of Moore Control Systems. He reports directly to the CEO to manage all departments within the company.  Blaine has over eighteen years of domestic and international experience in the oil and gas industry.

During his years in Papua New Guinea, Blaine is happy to say the locals never “had him for dinner.”

Denny Mansell

Denny is the I&E Designer/Manager and one of the Principal at MCSI for more than 30 years. He specializes in instrumentation and electrical design for power, controls, and instruments in various areas of the petrochemical industry. His field experience covers everything from pre-design to start up. He oversees design, drafting, and implementation of various quality control procedures, and material specification sheets. 

Denny loves to have a good ol' BBQ. Behind the pit with a cold one in hand is where Denny enjoys being the most.

Kevin Ray

A veteran of over 30 years at Moore Control Systems, Kevin is Project Manager, Director of Burner Management Technology, and a Principal of the company. His responsibilities include proposal development, scope definition, design, scheduling, staffing, material specification/procurement, and total project coordination, execution and quality control.

Kevin grew up in Katy playing football and baseball, and still roots for his alma mater. Go Tigers!  

Kevin Puckett

As Senior Project Manager and Principal at Moore Control Systems, Kevin is in charge of the composite systems team, proposal development, scope definition, design, scheduling, staffing, material specification/procurement, and total project coordination, execution and quality control. He has been with MCSI for more than 30 years.

On the water with a fishing pole in hand is where Kevin loves to spend his time.

John Conoly

John is MCSI's go to guy for project commissioning and is the Business Development Manager. He has been with Moore for over 20 years, bringing to the company international, I&E Tech, Pneumatic, Operations, and Process experience.

 

With a cold one in hand, John enjoys spending his time on the water with a fishing pole or on the hunt with his shotgun. 

Mike Gonzales

Mike is MCSI's Mechanical Division Manager, overseeing and generating proposals for potential projects - including project timeline, materials, man power, etc. He makes sure the field crews and superintendents have what they need to create a successful project and keep Moore safe and producing the highest quality projects for its clients. 

Fishing, golfing, or hanging out with his family are Mike's favorite place to be when he is away from the office. 

 

Rusty Gilmer

As the Vice President Fabrication at MCSI, Rusty oversees both the Katy and Baytown shops. He works to keep projects on scope, on time, and within budget. Rusty has over 30 years of fabrication experience in the oil & gas industry. 

A family man through and through, Rusty most enjoys spending time with his sons and grandchild. 

Kim Tokarski

Kim is MCSI's Controller, overseeing the accounting and job cost tracking.  She keeps the company on track with jobs and system implementation, and helps with the submission of Master Service Agreements.

Whether it be boating, skiing, tubing, kayaking, fishing . . . Kim is happy with anything and everything, as long as there is water involved.

John Kelly Munsch

Our Health, Safety, & Environmental Manager, John handles  the critically important safety requirements for the company, through ISNetworld & NCMS. He is responsible for leading safety meetings, maintaining all safety equipment, and providing client insurance.   

Kelly was an all-around sports guy in high school, playing football, baseball, basketball, and tennis. These skills helped him later to become an all-around United States Marine Corps officer.

Roger Wells

With over forty-six years of experience in procurement, Roger is our Supply Chain Manager. He is a team leader with experience in budgeting, sales, distribution, and computer programming.

Roger grew up in Ohio, but got to Texas as soon as he could! Still, you can tell where he's from when he cheers for his favorite team – The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Natalie Harms

Natalie is the Human Resources manager at Moore Control Systems. Natalie handles all things HR throughout the company – both in-house and out in the field. With close to a decade's worth of experience, Natalie is an asset to MCSI as we grow and expand.

Natalie is all about being outside as long as it includes her dirt bike.

Kenneth Withers

The QA/QC Manager at Moore Control Systems, Kenneth reviews all projects to match customer specifications. He keeps the company compliant to ASME code, reviews project drawings and specifications, and works with the shop foreman to insure all procedures and projects are in compliance.

Gospel music is Kenneth's favorite go to on his drive home, and any time, especially on his days off at gospel music festivals.
