MCSI provided four Burner Management Systems, including engineering, design, fabrication and on-site commissioning. The control system consisted of an Allen-Bradley SLC-500 series PLC integrated with PanelView 900 color touch screen Operator Interface Units. Flame monitoring performed by IRIS 700 model scanners. Skid fabrication suitable for -40°C and piping registered with the Alberta Boiler Safety Association (ABSA) along with electrical certifications from CSA.
