MCSI provided instrumentation and electrical engineering/design package and installation. The main plant control system consisted of a Fisher-Rosemount system 3 DCS configured by MCSI. Additional shutdown sequencing control was via an Allen Bradley PLC-5/20 linked to remote IO and mimic panels and the DCS system. MCSI provided a complete loop checkout and startup assistance team to commission the facility.
