Our Company

MCSI was founded by Jae Moore in 1981 in Katy, TX. MCSI was initially started to provide instrumentation, electrical, and control systems installation services and solutions to the domestic industrial marketplace. Since then our charter has grown to include composite projects for both domestic and international environments and has spanned more than 100 countries on 4 continents.

For over 30 years MCSI has successfully delivered a multitude of large and small engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Our project experience spans many verticals of the energy sector including: Upstream Oil & Gas Production, Gas Processing Plants, Pipelines, Refining, Petrochemicals, and Fine Chemicals. Our solutions have included simple electrical, instrumentation and automation expansions to complete greenfield and brownfield site implementations in both domestic and international environments.

MCSI has successfully handled  projects up to $20 MUS and currently has the resources to sole source projects up to $50 MUS as a main automation or main electrical contractor (MAC/MEC).
